This stuff has been covered before. But to answer your questions.
Regular 04 Lancer springs WILL NOT FIT. Well, I'm like 98% sure.

The Stock Evo wing DOES bolt in the stock holes...I have it. I know...oh yes...I know.

I think the wing does fit. I have a 2004 Lancer OZ. It has the same Deck Lid as the Lancer RalliArt and I was told that the Evo VIII wing would use the same mounting holes. BTW, the 04 OZ and 04 RalliArt have the same low spoiler. I had to replace my original when it cracked, so I bought a used RalliArt spoiler. Same exact piece. As for the springs, I don't think he is talking about stock Lancer springs. For lowering springs, see if you can measure the diameter of your stock springs. Then go to the dealership and measure the diameter of the stock springs on a OZ, LS, or ES. If the diameter is the same then they should fit. As for the struts, you will have to experiment with that to find the correct size with the correct mounting ends. I am not sure if you lower your car, if you can still use your stock struts.
Hope this helps a little.

hmm. ok

Progress springs for RA: 40.1430
progress springs for oz: 40.1430
progress springs for es: 40.1410

so if ur 'lancer' is an oz, they will fit. if its an es, no they wont. as for the wnig. daddymac, did u have urs installed by the dealer when u bought it? and are u sure its an actual evo wing from mitsu, or an 'evo' wing made to fit our bolts?

OZ springs fit the RA. That's it, Evo/ES springs do not. Wing will fit, but you gotta drill.
