Just got my springs in.
Could someone post up pics of their RA with the progress springs on? I'm debating on whether or not I'm going to lower the rear since its already about where I like it. Thanks fellas.
What springs did you get?
I have the Tien S-Techs....I'd post a pic but it won't let me b/c they are already up here somewhere.
The front is lowered by about 1.5" and the rear stays about the same as people have said...just makes the ride a bit firmer.

I had the progress springs on my old car for quite a few miles and never had problems with my struts. It doesn't lower the car much and at the same time the spring is stiffer so there is no chance of bottoming out the strut. I was pretty happy with them but the got kinda squeeky after a few miles, especially when it was cold out.
You shouldn't need a camber kit unless you lower it more than 1.5-1.8 inches. If you are doing it yourself make sure you take it to an alignment shop and they should be able to get it close enough so that you won't wear out your tires.
u can just look at the car and take out whatever nuts or screws u need to take out, for the front, i took out 2 nuts and screw that holds the shock right behind the rotors, also the screw that holds the brakeline. then the 3 nuts on top, which is both sides of the strut bar. then it's off. and then use an air gun to losen the nut on top of the shock so that u can take the spring out. make sure you be careful doing this, the spring might shoot out. or do it in a safer way, use the spring compressor. just do the same for the rear. there should be 3 nuts holding the shock on top also. and at the bottom, under the rear arms, look around to see what u need to take out to get the shock out. and yeah....hope this helps
