Need help contacting Mitsu (corporate)

Just wondering if someone can point me in the right direction, i'm starting the process of filing for the lemon law, i'm going to contact the dealer who performed all of the work on my car to get the service records and i wanted to somehow get in contact with a coporate or regional office for mitsubishi itself, so i was wondering if anyone knew off hand what the easiest way to go about doing that might be?

thanks for any help, i'm just trying to make this go as smoothly as possible.

lemon law... i think it's if a car is sold without being presented "As is" or "lemon" then they have to compensate for the car.

Whats wrong with your car anyway.

Just a word of advice. If you have any mods what so ever take them off.
Good luck, I hear Mitsu is pretty tough.

Only if they spent the same amount of energy into customer service there business might be successful.

Oh yea the # is 1888-MITSU20

He's gone through 4 or 5 transmissions. He's stock too. Definitely eligible for the lemon law in my opinion. Go get them, man. Good luck!!

took me 3 months to get the factory rep to call me on my clutch in my evo. only reason they did was my car was in there bay taking up space and me not paying for the work. got a new clutch installed for free. just keep pressing on them they will eventually respond.

thanks.. yeah thats pretty much the jist of it, my car has been in the shop for a rebuild, a diagnosis of "no problem", then 2 rebuilds and a replace (one visit, 15 days) and as of the other day my trans is leaking.

really sucks, cuz in my opinion i only had a problem once and it was just never fixed properly... the tech's are sloppy, i was missing a bolt out of the trans case once along with a loose motor mount and then after the second time i found another loose motor mount. never washed my car, never reset the radio stations or clock and originally forgot to remove the spacers from the front springs used during transport. all in all just a bad experience which pretty much makes me completely against mitsu now, and thats coming from a previously diehard fan (used to own dsm, went to ra and was planning on an evo next year) oh well, hopefully i'll be done with them soon.

i'm sure it is, but after so many issues its hard to want to buy another mitsu, besides for my replacement i'm gonna go with a bigger, more comfortable vehicle (ie larger sedan or suv)

Thats the jist of it, as you can see on that last one there is a list of replaced parts (parts were replaced twice during this period) then you can see that the entire assembly was replaced. so i have had the original tranny, 1 rebuild, rebuild followed by rebuild, and a replacement unit which makes this my theoretical 5th transaxle which is now leaking fluid.
