head light bulb..

has anyone changed their stock head light bulb to a different color yet? i would like some blue ones for my car.

I dont think he is trying to change his bulb to a blue one so to speak, what the person is trying to say is that possibly changing it to a blue hue just like street glow, silverstar and other companies as such sells.

The only one I trust is silverstars. Even then it's hardly different. I think he probably wants that HID style.

Im not quite sure, my buddy owns a car shop and has blue, purple, and yellow headlights that are all street legal without him posting again I cant really offer any advice.

If you live and register your car in PA, check the inspection regs. Headlights have to be white. Anything else, and you risk being stopped and cited. Just an FYI.

Not exactly sure where you are getting your inspection done but these bulbs have been on several different cars, all of which have passed inspection in the state of Pa.

Your wrong most of those bulbs are not brighter. Most of them don't last either.
The blue lights are a bit of a sham in that they claim to get more light output from the same wattage, but, in reality, you get less light because these bulbs are painted blue putting a filter on the light is just going to reduce output.

actually mine are a lot brighter than stock. Mine came with a lifetime warranty too so if they ever blow out I get new ones for free

Well many people have said that putting something on your car to make it look like something else IE. HID looking bulbs is rice. It still there idea and they can do what they want even if it has a negative effect.
