Lowering Opinions

Hey, who does everyone think I should go with, DropZone or Tein for my lowering needs. I haven't heard much about either company and was wondering what everyone preffered and who they have had experienced with. The only ones I have dealt with are Eibach and H&R so I dont know about any others.
Thanks
Dustin

For some reason I trust RRM. Is there a problem with the progress springs?

no i was asking what everyone thought off all the diff. brands of springs available to us. who has had good experiences, bad ones, who has used them before and still and always will, who tried them out for the first time and loved/hated them,etc...

I had a problem wit hthe progress springs on my civic. I liked them a lot though. The problem was that they lowered my car to much and I had to buy new springs after I bought rims. but it says that they lower 2.5 I beleive witch is a good drop for any car. all in all I think progress is a good company I jsut should have thought ahead of time.

I have the progress springs too. Looks way better and really improves the handling. Hopefully if the sun comes out for more than an hour I will take and post some pics.

You guys aren't rubbing?!? I put 17's on my car and if I have more than 50lbs in the trunk I can hear it start to rub on ANY bumps in the road. My tires are slightly oversized but not by much. I wsa going to lower my car but if I'm having problems now, what about when I drop it 2.5"? But back on topic, Tein is a highly reputable company that charges more because you get more. I would suggest saving up a little more and getting the full coil over package. Then you can buy the EDFC and have 32 levels of adjustment to tailor your ride to the way you want it for any given situation. Soften it up for the date, get it stiffer later

If your looking of the cheaper option, look at Tein, Eibach, Progressive, Tenzo R (NEW!!), and others. I personally have Eibach's w/ Ground Control coilovers. Good spring, especially since I got it second hand!! Good luck with your search.

I didn't know Eibach made springs for us, whenever I search, eibach doesn't come up. Sounds like progress is the weapon of choice here.
