As much as all of this is SO true, its just bashing, and I try to not allow it. Usually the policy is if you are dealing with a company and you have had problems with them, try not to bring them up with the forums. You should rather bring up your issues with the vendor, but thats very hard with accolade. I will not delete this thread, but simply keep it up so people dont fall into this trap again. Sorry again you got screwed.
