Anyone having issues with their fog lights? I went to turn my on and nothing happened. I checked the switch and the wire that splits off to the fogs and I couldn't see anything wrong. I'm not sure whats going on. I'm going to bring it in this week, but I was just wondering if anyone else has run into any issues.

 

Check the relay under the hood, make sure that's still intact. A-04X is the one you want to check.

 

I had my headlights burn out on me...both low beams at the same time. Made driving home that night interesting. Just highs and fog lights...But then again, they were APC lights, not stock ones. Maybe they just burnt out? Check the fuses too, at least I think there's fuses for 'em.

 

Fifty you know it is illegal to drive with your highbeams and foglights on at the same time? it is a $150 ticket for failure to dim lights. Just thought you might wanna know that in case it happens again.

 

Fogs don't come on unless the headlights are on - and won't work unless the lowbeams only are on - in some places, highbeams and fogs are illegal at the same time.

Yeah, it was either the highs when i was alone on the road, but when I dimmed it was JUST the fog lights...luckily they're pretty bright and i was driving slow.

 

Around here, the letter of the law states you can't have more than 4 forward-facing white lights on at once. Since our headlights use a single, high/low bulb, you could run with your brights and fogs on at the same time.

FYI, cops don't like it when you pull out printed copies of statutes on the side of the road.
