Your right, what i meant is that the rear suspension will still be able to have very slight movment and still retain the stiffness you need for handleing

How heavy is it?.. Is it solid or hollow?... Solid aluminum can be very heavy... what grade of aluminum is it?..

^^ yes i agree solid aluminum will be really heavy if its not hollowed out. what are rrm's made from ?

The bar is solid, is 1inch in diameter, and weighs less than 1 pound, so it<s very light

Also RRM`s bar is made of hollow steel and weighs more than mine

so just so i'm clear on where this is going, this is attached underneath on the rear suspension tying the two sides of the 'a-arms' or whatever they're called? is that right?

A tiebar stiffens up the frame/suspension mounts, it doesn't do anything to stiffen up the suspension itself.
