On page 202 of the June 2005 issue of Super Street Magazine, they advertised Road///Race Motorsports turbo kit for the ralliart. Just thought I would let everyone know.

 

well its about time! maybe when more people start buying it they'll be able to lower the price some too

 

Yea I was thinking if they start advertising more, then they will sell more products, which means lower prices for us! !!!!

 

i saw that also yesterday when i was reading the ss mag. it took enough damn time. it's ashame that there never is a write up of a ralliart or pics of ralliarts, they did a scion xb and tc before they would do a ra. but then again mitsu never has advertised the ra at all atleast not from what i've seen on tv. how many evo write up has there been about a million. the ra is such a great and it's like it is the secret waiting to come out of the dark or something.

 

to some extent I think it's better that they don't advertise the RA that much now when people see us they don't really know what car we drive when they try to race and we walk on them or beat them they get surprised, otherwise when people find out about it's potential and the cost we will see more and more of them on the streets it'll become like a honda, one in every corner

 

they should feature my car, it would be pimp for the ra community.

Uh, Manny... first, they must know your car exists. Why not send them a mail with pics and specs?

But I must admit I'd be glad that your car is featured somewhere... it would be a nice promotion for the RA. I wish Mitsubishi sold a bit more of those honestly... so they'd come out of debts and start throwing more interesting stuff at us!

Yea manny, send them your info! That would be great to see ur car in superstreet.. I just emailed Polk/MOMO, and now my car is featured on their website under the customer/dealer rides. =D

 

RRM the competition

 

I'm suprised malvin's car (TTPR) isnt featured in any US mags. first, its in Puerto Rico and the mag team would have a great excuse to get a trip to the caribean. seconds, its 100% custom. anyone can buy the RRM kit and thats cool, but it really hurts the feature factor. Third, its amazing and very cutting edge! The writeup in supercompatico was really good. but the fact is, most US car mags dont care about flat out performance any more. they want a car that they can sit a hot girl on the hood of and talk about the neons and the system more than the engine, except in maybe 1 or 2 features every month.

and i dont care how much coverage the RA gets. more, less, wutever. if someone wants to race me and they dont know what the RA is, then they cant be serious! Anyone who is into modern cars at all knows the RA. almost everyone I know at least knows its the first to use the mivec cams and its more than 2L.

but either way, they wont find u. u gotta find them. and when u do, make them make it worth ur effort, if u know what i mean

 

The only thing I have to say is WHAT COMPETITION! RRM doesn't REALLY have any. Its not like RIPP or any other companies that work with the 2.0 Lancers and Evo's have stepped up yet.

RRM has always made good quality stuff from what I've heard but I do think they are enjoying the fact that the pretty well have 100% market share for our car.

but yea i cant stand looking at magazines that dont have any good qrite up on featured cars or performance mods and all. i hate when i look at a magazine hoping to get some kind of information out of it and its nothign but girls on cars, and pictures of car shows... i live how mustang 5.0, mustang weekly etc all have write up in modifications and how to's.. but also its not that i'm against lookign at the girls it just gets old, dont get me wrong some of them are HOT!! hehe
