that looks like an incomplete/unfinished grill? where did the rest of the mesh go? No way did that happen in shipping.

^^ Correct. It was actually wrapped fairly well in bubble wrap, which means it was shipped from them as it arrived at my door. The mesh is all there, it is just completely detached from the supporting rim. All the little black flakes you see are flakes of plastic. I haven't seen plastic of this low quality since I was a kid working on models.

That's why I won't accept an exchange. I seriously would not want this thing in front of my engine.

well, I was actually considering those, but after these pics....no thank you....I'd rather try a DIY project for my grilles. Then least that way I know who facked it up if it turns out horrible.....LOL

Thats horrible.....Why did I order these.....sometimes it just better to spend more money than you want to

Hopefully when mine get hre they won't look like that

Looking closer it looks as if it has just come loose or unglued. Not a good sign.

That's pretty bad.. and a restocking fee, that's a joke. Honestly if the company wanted to keep business and satisfied customers they should do a swap free of charge and a % off on the next purchase. To charge a customer to take back a broken product is insane.

Wow that is crazy!

Accolade should be banned from this site, there have been too many instances where members are getting screwed over. If that sale was member to member the seller would get booted pretty quick for selling jacked ****. Just because you by ad space shouldn't make it any different.

On a side note... DIY is pretty easy on those grills, takes time, but if your patient then you'll like the outcome alot more. Sorry for your troubles man, hope you get it resolved.

Oh man, I didnt really read much into the first sentence, i just realized its ACCOLADE grill. Now that doesnt really suprise me. At first i thought you were talking about your local dealership, not accolade. I got the OEM ones and they are perfect. It looks like they put elmers glue on the grill and just hoped to god it stuck.
