Does this thing look and sound legit?

Was browsing ebay and it looks pretty cool, but im not sure about the torque and horsepower gains. . .

Seems to me that this is something that would only benefit you at idle (and who needs more HP at idle?) Anything above that and your alternator is putting out a pretty consistent current.

Those things are just another hype, sort of like grounding wires and those POS resistors that they claim add 20 hp.

half of that (pics and graphs) are from raizin voltage stabilizer and i don't even think thats made by them
