Strut bar question

Ok, this is gonna sound like a total newb question...but is it OK to go a while without the strut bar installed? I'm going to paint it and need it out for a while. Please, no laughing!! heheh

no you should be ok. i dont think it has any electronics attached to it like other stock strut bars

You will be fine, i took it off my car just to see if i would recognize anything, and it didnt feel any different in handling.

Probably wouldn't notice anything due to the size of the front sway?

No kidding! I got a look at it a couple weeks ago when I was trying to put in my springs, and it's much thicker than I expected. I didn't measure it, but it's noticeably thicker than the 19mm bar I have on the rear.

26mm, I think. Bigger than an RSX front sway
