So why aren't regular driving tests required, no matter what the age??

The need for more governmental services vs budget cuts. Guess who wins?

It's a shame the car is not totalled BTW... a car with that much damage is never the same after it's been repaired.

Did the old fart actually get out and recognize that he WAS in fault? Or did he do what the guy who hit me in my eclipse did and just rear end you, back up, and drive around you pretending like he never saw you? (For the record, YES that happened to me, fortunately there were about 10 other people who saw it and I literally chased him down [we were in a development where there were stoplights everywhere] and nabbed him at the stoplight and DEMANDED that he got out of the car, and that old f*ck started cussing me out saying that he never did anything ) So yeah, dont feel so bad. Thats why God invented insurance

He should be fine. Most of that stuff will be replaced (bumper, trunk, maybe fender etc) and I doubt there is a whole lot of hidden damage.

We have a somewhat small, tighter-knit group on the Ralliart forums...EVERYone is getting into accidents!
