yeah...i just wanted to go thru his insurance.. i dint even call mine.. he has "apollo" so wut i did..was claim it to them..they told me..theyre gona study the case..and send me a form to fill up.. in a couple of days.. id di this so i dint have to pay the deductable..and my insurance wont go up..since i dint go thru mine(statefarm) ...i wish his insurance company just gives me a check... so i can get it done my self.. i need doors!!lol mines pretty ****ed up.. specially the front passenger side.. ill try to show pics.. but damn.. my cars prey messed up!! as in forreal... its pretty huge guys.. thanks for ur support.. this is the SECOND one this yr.. i got to an accident not too long ago.. so it sucks..im soo sad.. i just hope my plan works.. that it wont involve my insurance no more..since im not claiming it thru them.. im open for advices and other strategies... thanks guys!! apriciate it the warm support.. drive safe you guys.. god bless..

 

hopefully, the guy doesnt start *****in and say that it was your fault, cause thats what happened in my accident, we already gave them the story to his insurance, and then they had to look over the cars, then afterwards, he goes to my insurance company and makes a claim against me, I was like WTF? you know damn well it was yer fault, so neway, basically had to wait it out, and my insurance company just gave me a check to get it fixed while I still had to pay the deductible, but after the case was settled, which I won, their insurance company refunded me the deductible. Man that crap was a pain in the ***, the funny thing is, the ppl who hit me lived on my street, they were my friggin neighbors.....lol.....and they still have yet to get their car fixed, its been half a year already....hahahaha

 

i KNOW exactly how you feel.. my car has been back and forth to the dealer for warranty ****, it's been through two accidents and a third one just happened today. So it's back to the body shop, then from there it's going straight to mitsubishi for more warranty repairs, so i'm not going to see it back on the road for another 3-4 weeks...
