HOLY CRAP!!!! What a bad week!

Well I guess it was my turn... First one was my fault... I had my girlfriend pull my car in the garage and she hit the gas instead of the brake and ran it into a bunch of stuff up against the wall... no real damage but my heart was pumpin... small scratches... then i was stopped at a stop light and the Suburban in front of me decides to back up right into the front of my car and his hitch goes right through my bumper, busts my grilles that I made and dents my hood pretty bad... turns out he has his own body shop... hmmm..... so add another one to the list... "LANCER LUCK!!!"

Of course I did... police report and the guy admitted fault right there... cause it was his fault... the cop said that he should start looking back before he backs up... I agreed...

I don't think you'd be saying F the cops if he decides to screw you over and say you ran into him! Think about it, anytime you get into an accident (especially if it's not your fault) you should cover your a$$.

I like to think I am... and I got the guy's cell number too... so I got a body shop hookup now... mostly due to his guilty feelings...

Sucks that he backed into you, but good that he has a body shop. Can keep the insurance companies out of it

Ya, that really sucks. Good thing he admitted fault. It would be real easy to say you rear-ended him at the light.

Oh and now my car is in the shop getting all of the exhaust replaced because something is rattling around in the flex pipe and something is wrong with my clutch it makes clicking/squeeking noise whenever it is engaged... all of that is from before the accident though... it was really hard to write the check for my car payment yesterday...

I'd consider yourself lucky - as the second guy was at fault, your insurance will cover the painting of your bumper (and GF-induced scratches) all in one shot.

Man, who hasn't been hit by someone or something or had something damaged??? I swear every new car I have had has been hit in the driver front quarter (never my fault).
I think the next car I get I'm just gonna kick the **** out of the fender right there on the lot and get it over with!!!
