Your headlight isn't fully sealed.

There should be no condensation in there whatsoever.

Put your foot down next time your at the dealer and demand a new headlight under warranty.

BTW....did you change your headlight bulbs? Some aftermarket bulbs do not seat properly.

take your car to a different dealer... there should be absolutely no moisture in there... if there's moisture in there and it condenses it my drip on the bulb and cause the bulb to bust... i have experience it made me angry when it rained hard... i always had to buy a bulb durring heavy rain storms with my old car... it should be sealed nice and tight. seriously take it to a different dealer.

rather than parking the car in the street for a day why not just pull out the bulb and stick a hair dryer to the open hole

You got ripped... they swapped them with ES headlights before they sold the car to you. Sounds like good leverage in future negociations...

It's one of the few options... you had to get the S&S package, then you could add side airbags.

its either the bulbs aren't seated or the light needs re-sealed.... i can take it apart and reseal it (clean out the inside of the lense and housing) if you want to send it to me if the dealer won't help ya.

Hmm.. My dealer's website says thay still have a load of new '04s on the lot, some are RAs, maybe I'll go down there and see if those have the black headlights. If they did swap them, that would really tick me off. I'm not a big fan of chrome.

Are you sure u have a ralliart?? j/k YEah man go to them and tell them that they better put blacked out headlights on, because there is no ralliart with chrome headlight housing unless someone swaped them.

Either it's a Ralliart, or they swapped taillights, wheels, suspension, brakes, engine, transmission, shifter, seats, and dash. And added the sunroof and sound system, and rear spoiler.

Seems like a lot of extra work.

By the way got any pics of your car with chrome headlights?
No, I don't have a good pic of the chrome headlights. I thought I did, but it's a front-on view, so you really can't see it. I'll go out and get a shot in a minute.

Huh. Well, I guess they are slightly blacked out. They don't look as dark as ThyPunko's, but they're not as shiny as the ones on a coworker's rental ES.

The pics are kinda crap, because it's dark out, but you get the idea. I'll get a good front shot in daylight tomorrow.

Here's the RA:

And the ES:
