lemon question

I was wondering if anyone knows when your car is considered a lemon. I have a 2004 ralliart and have around 12,000 miles on it. I have been in for an alignment problem, which took a week and a half to fix, they have replaced the exhaust and now have to replace the exhaust again, around 2 months later. Please let me know what you think.

This is the California Lemon Law. Your state may have something similar.

If you really want to get your car on lemon law it is possible. I think my friend got his on his speakers rattling. He basically got all his money back and $6,000 to drive the car for a year.
