Trouble in Evo Wheel paradise?

Hey, need some help fellas, last night I noticed something interesting...

...sometimes when I turn the wheel to the extreme left or right (like a U turn) now I get a pop from the steering column. It doesn't look like anything's wrong, and everything seems to be in order when I take the wheel off... it's not even consistant, it just happens once in a while, but it never happened before I swapped wheels.

Hmmm... Does this happen to anyone else, and do you think it might be something to worry about or an indicator of a larger issue?

The title of your thread is confusing me.

A pop when turning can be caused but many things - CV joint going bad, bad tie rod end, etc. Try to narrow down the source.

Yeah, it's not doing it now, so I'm a little less concerned. And Ralli04, that is the most disturbing thing I've seen all day.
