Post pics and your experiences thus far whether it be any problems with insurance companies or install.

Especially for those who DON'T have the EVO wheel. Thanks

I personally haven't changed out my wheel but I KNOW it's illegal to change an airbag eqipped steering wheel out for on that has no airbag.

Insurance companies WILL throw a fit about it - Might ever refuse to cover you.(It happen to a friend)

Yeah, I'd like the Evo wheel. Its just a matter of finding one for a good price. Basicly, mu budget is going to be about $300 - 350USD b/c I can get a Sparco hub and steering wheel for that price. But, I WOULD preffer the evo wheel as its a no nonscense install and doesn't void any warranty/insurance.

I don't know about that warranty/insurance thing... Mitsu wouldn't touch it. I assume as it is a Mitsu part however, I at least have a foot to stand on if I ever need to fight.

As for the install, yeah, that's really why I sprung for one. I paid around your target amount for mine, and I think that's pretty average... not far off from where you want to be.

I also have read that if you don't use/can't find teh right hub, your SRS idiot light will be on forever.
