I change from CAI to SRI for winter, cause we do get those wet slusshy times and water accumulates. I'd rather change it in the fall than in the middle of witner. Not a bad idea to do it.

I reckon our biggest problem with running a CAI up here is water freezing over the filter with time... and eventually restricting the air intake.

there are a few BIG TSD winter rallies, one is in Bancroft Ontario, and is the biggest TSD event in ontario. I'll be attending this one. I'm also going to look around for some others to go to as well (depends on dates)
