Steering column

Is there any way to adjust the horizontal axis of the steering column?

Maybe it's just me, but my steering wheel is ever so slightly slanted to the left (the left side of the wheel is further from me than the right) and it is buggin the hell outta me! Thanks!

You can try, but I don't think it will move very far. There are two pair of bolts that hold the steering column in place. One pair is *just* under the dash, covered by the lower steering column plastic cover. The other pair is further under the dash, looks to be about straight up above the brake pedal. Loosen (don't remove) all 4 bolts and try to move the wheel to where you want it. If it moves, hold it in place and tighten those bolts. Reinstall any covers you had to remove, and you're done.

Good luck.

Hi, well it is probablyme being paranoid about a new car that i am nitpicking on small stuff.

I haven't tried it and I don't think I will. But if there was an easy way to move the column left and right then I thought I would just give it a try.

Thanks!
