RRM downpipe with welded in cat?

Anyone have this set up and have any pics they can post? What do people think of this set up? Pro's /Con's. Thanks.

well pro... obviously its "street legal" and the sound i am sure would be considerably less then just open pipe. the con i can only see is that you may lose a couple HP in the top end. but in return you would get some low end TQ back. my personal experience with the downpipe is that although you lose just a bit of low end, it dosnt outweigh the high end HP feel. now with the high flow cat... i unno?... but yeah that is my info on it.
