sun visors

ok so far, i have changed my A/B/C pillars to black. next thing on the list are the sun visors... i dont think spray painting them would do any good. any ideas for the sun visors?? has any one changed their's yet?

and i tried spray painting the sun visors, they came out horrible.

I know there's a specific kind of spray paint that works well on fabric. I don't remember what it is, though. Maybe hit up an arts & crafts store and ask someone that works there..?

I don't know about non S&S RAs, but my sun visors are foam pads covered in plasticized vinyl. I don't think you could get a good look if you painted them, plus you might ruin your headliner after you put them back on. If it were me, I'd stitch together a form-fitting set of cloth covers. You might also want to look into whether or not the sun visors from other Mitsubishi's have a compatible bracket with the ones from the RA; sunvisor technology hasn't really advanced over the last 20 years. The size may be a little off, but if it fits and it's black, it'll probably work.
