yea if they kno the Evo, i would say its the little Evo's Brother but very little . if its some person who doesnt know jack, yea id say A step down from an Evolution but basically id say its a Mitsubishi Lancer.

 

lol dats funny mike, when i tell ppl what i got i do the same..."it's one step down from the evo"..or " It's an evo but without a turbo, suspension kit, brake kit...."and the list goes on lmao. Yea alot of people don't know much theese days, except for whats in movies...which is wrong most of the time but we'll save that thread for antoher day....take it easy

Ralliart = the art of Rally

It doesn't mean anything, just that is what they call the RA in Austrailia. We had Diamante VR-X's over here for the last three years of production. Although the letters sound exciting and make you think its going to be turbo, or AWD or both - it was N/A V6 FWD like the rest.

 

When people ask me what car i drive i tell them a Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart and they think it is an Evolution, but i have to explain to them i dont have the AWD, or turbo. I lose most people at Ralliart, but i explain it anyways.

When people ask if it is an Evo I just tell them sure.....just a bigger engine with no turbo and FWD spinner special edition! LOL

Most people who don't know cars don't even have a clue what an Evo is either.
