something is every wrong

Ok now I was just chillin in my car. And about 5 min later my car stalls, not in gear or anything just straight up jolted me forward and died. I drove it a little, but I can't let my foot off the cutch at all otherwise my car dies.
The only mod I have done is the CAI from INJEN.

Has this every happened to anyone?? Please help, freakin out here

By not in gear do you mean that the shifter was in neutral or that you had it in gear, but the clutch held in?

Check your hydraulic clutch fluid level and the lines for leaks.

If it's low/gone that'd be your reason - if you have a leak that'd be your reason.

How many miles on the car - still under warranty?

Well I don't see how you'd lurch forward if it were in neutral.

That'd lead me to believe something was *VERY* wrong.

If its in gear with the clutch pushed in and its stalling I'd go +1 on the clutch fluid being low.

I am sure the intake will not void your warranty.

So your car pulls forward and stalls when it is in neutreal? Doesnt make sense. Then you say you have to keep the clutch held it to keep it from pulling and stalling, sounds like it is in gear. Maybe the transmission wont disengane properly.

Going from what you have stated about your problem.

May have an internal trans problem (in neutral but car still lurches forward)

May have a shifter cable problem (not in gear but car lurches forward)

If it was in gear then I'd check the clutch fluid level first and if low I'd fill it up and then check the clutch line for leaks.

Follow the instructions for changing shifter/shifter bushings in which you remove the console pieces and expose the shifter set-up. Verify that the shifter is properly connected to the three prod thingies and that nothing is slipping there. Run it through the gears with the car off and see if something's fishy there. If not, move onto the steps that the others have said.
