front end conversion?

basically ive been looking around the forums and i really realyl like the look of the EVO7 kit on the 02-03 lancers.

i bought a ralliart because of the motor and because its a RA but i like the 02-03 front end more than the 04-06. the question is, how much would it take to change fron the 06 front end to the 03?

people might consider it a downgrade, but i want to do an evo7 front end on my car and i think thats the only way to do it.

some input please

or just buy 02-03 OZ/ES and do the engine swap.

Socal, to do that kinda stuff its going to be expensive. Might as well just buy a brand new RRM body kit / Accolade / Extreme Dimension

yes you would , the good thing is that the weld point are in the same location as the earlier models and you could cut one out and weld it into place on the ra but after you that you have to worry about header clearance wich is one of the reasons why they changed the front end on the 04's to make room for the mivec engine . long story short, you could do it if you have time and patients and skill with a welder

very good point, i never even thought about the whole header thing... im planing on going RRM turbo anyways, so there would most definatly not be enough room for putting on the 02-03 front end. i dont feel like having someone custom bend headers and everything just to look good. id rather just go fast!
