dont know what to do
just the other day i was coming home from work and my ******* fellow employee was trying to race me on the highway. i was driving normal until he just came flying past me, so i had started speeding up as well. and with the injen cai i had just put in about a week ago, i easily demolished him. but to my surprise, the ****ing state trooper was right behind me. i got stopped for doing 108 on a 55 and got a 520 dollar ticket. look i'm not proud of it and had no clue i was going that fast (hard to believe i know). this is my second speeding ticket, but the first one i got for doing like 65 in a 50. if anyone can tell me what i should expect when i go to court or anything that could possibly help me out here, i would greatly appreciate it. and please i know i'm a dumbass, so u dont have to include that in your responses. thanks
be lucky cuz most states if ur going double the speed limit, they automatically take you to jail. u were 2 mph away from that lol. But for going 53 over the limit there isnt much u can do. Look on your speeding ticket. if ANYTHING is wrong it gets voided. such as spelling, description, time and date, sex. look closely. if not expect to pay the fine and possible probation. nothing serious, just a hefty fine. good luck

i got clocked doing 115 in a 65 zone
the cop said he could take me to jail rite now, and i just gave him a sad face, he asked if i even been in jail i said NO OFFICER
and he said , give me one moment, now do take in consideration i have 2 criminal speeding tickets,
i think god was on my side, but i got another criminal ticket,
so in your case, you would just pay the fine, and then just becare full about speeding, becasue here in az, if you get 12 points on ur record, there goes ur drivers liscnece,
so what you need to do is call and find out how mahy points is the ticket and find out if you can just pay the fine and not go to court if not,
then just go to court pleed guilty and tell the judge, you have the money rite here to take care of this, and you appologise for all in convinience,
thas my opinion, speeking from personel experience
just say i'm young and stupid.....lol
good luck
just concentrate on paying the fine and taking care of it

My mouse was hovering over the delete thread button as I read the first couple sentences.

Let me tell u my situation (same as you basically) [I was 16 years old, and basically new with my license.. I decided to race my friend in my dads RX330 and basically crushed him
. Well around the corner comes a cop and i pull over obviously. He tickets me at 103 MPH in a 65. I had to go to court and the verdict was i would lose my license till i was 18. I went back 300 days later or so and told them i needed my license for work, school, sports blah blah blah. I told them i have changed and grown to be more mature. And they gave me my license back with a hefty 200 dollar class i had to take on driving.] Sam it also depends how old you are. If your under 18 (like i was) i got my license taken away till i was 18 by the state. BUT! if you go back to court in about a year you can ask for them back. So i guess it all depends. To tell you the truth though, if your over 18 years of age, you'll prolly only get license taken away for 3 months, but im no lawyer/judge, just a guess. Good luck man. And probation is basically saying people will watch over you and if you are caught while on probation speeding, youre basically more screwed than... a hooker. Good luck. If you have any more questions PM me.

Going to lock the thread, but not delete. You should expect to have your *** handed to you in court. I don't know if that speed constitues wreckless driving, but if it does, you can expect to have your license suspended, suspended jail time, defensive driving class requirement, etc.
