cluster lights help!?

hi,

installed a new JVC HU and now the cluster lights do not work. all i can think of is the light bulbs burnt out or something. the climate control lights are out too. there are no exposed wires touching anything. i'm confused!
this is in my friends 06 ralliart. i've installed a bunch of systems and i've never seen this happen before. maybe someone on here had the same problem. was hoping someone might be able to help.

thanks

Seriously, you think ALL the bulbs would burn out spontaneously like that, or that it *might* have something to do with the HU you just put in?

You probably grounded the illumination wire or dimmer wire, or something like that. Did you use an adapter harness, or cut and splice wires?

Unplug the adapter harness from the car wiring, and see if the dash lights start working again.

only 1 of my lights went out after I installed a new cd player, is it just my luck that only 1 bulb would go out, or did I F something up?

after a alarm install my dash lights wont work when you turn the parklights and headlights on. but with them turned off, the dash lights work. i also have 2 gauges on the a-pillar that WILL work with the headlights turned on. ckecked all fuses, and no wires were cut. any ideas?
