I dont know about anyone else's experience with this company, but I certainly am not happy with their service thus far and don't intend to purchase anything more from them.

I ordered an Injen CAI and a Tenzo Shift knob from them, 5 days later they finally take my money and send me an invoice that says they will send me a tracking number when it ships, also stating my shift knob was on backorder with no eta. 10 full days, three *unanswered* emails and two failed phone calls later, the CAI arrives. Lo and behold so does a new invoice with a tracking number...

Another week later, the shift knob finally arrives and doesn't fit. I email them the same day, and another three days later I simply get "it's been opened and we can't resell it so we won't accept a return".

Great customer service there SO those of you looking to purchase from them, buyer beware.

Is it just me or do most of the vendors that sell ralliart parts seem pretty dodgy? I've seen multiple complaints about a few other vendors on here.

They have the worst customer service I've ever dealt with you have to hound them over and over just to get simple answers, they actually charged me twice.

I purchased my injen CAI from them. I never received an email from them regarding my tracking numer, and I also felt like it took them too long to get it to me. The worst part about it however was they sent me the intake mins the air filter. I had to take the issue all the way to regional sales, basically injen claims the box weighed what it should have when they shipped it, so basically I must be lying. At the end of the ordeal though, the regional sales manager agreed to pay for a new filter for me himself. I was really upset that it came to that, but they did end up taking care of me. Sorry your experience with them was so bad man.
