Haha not sure, but im thankful for the vid since Im in Aussie! lol. I should pitch the idea to Mitsubishi Australia for a MOD. Mitsubishi Motors were seriously having a problem in Australia but now are picking up, and I reckon with a MOD, people will recognise Mitsubishi more.

there sure was a shi* load of EVO's....this year was pretty insane of how many EVO's come out!!! cant wait till MOD-07 over 400+ EVO'S next time LOL..and hopfully some hot models too come out as well

 

In 2007 Mitsubishi will announce a rename for MOD to EOD, Evo Owner Day, because basically that is what MOD has turn into. Honestly it was less exciting, not knocking the evo, but seeing so many made it boring. There was actually less eclipses, galants, lancers, 3000gts and other mitsu compare to MOD05 mainly because nobody wants to rep a non evo mitsubishi. Hell, in the automotive industry, nobody cares about mitsubishi unless it's an evo. While an awesome car, it will be the nail in the coffen for mitsubishi... you heard it here first.

 

arithmetic are you for real that they are changing the name? I couldnt tell your sarcasm(no joke). I definately plan on attending next year, road trip to Cali!

 

man... no wonder i saw so many evos on the highway last weekend... and most of em were out of state!

 

Big part of the problem is that people in non-Evo Lancers seem less willing to be "enthusiasts". Up here in the Mich Evo/Lancer club, we have a really hard time recruiting non-Evo Lancers. We seriously hunt these guys down; spotted cards, catch them when they stop; follow them home at night Even the ones who are members of EvoM don't join up. Ugh.
