How do you take the aluminum door sills off?

The appearance package has these aluminum door sills. How do you take them off? What is underneath? The old ones? or ??

Also, how do you take the tailpipe chrome housing off?

Thanks!

just leave them on, or exchange them for someone who has the stock non-plated ones..

also i know you're a newb on here but could you maybe post your questions all in 1 post to maybe organize things a little...

also why do you want to take off the tailpipe tip?

Putting every question I have in one post would not be organization. That would be a mess. Why not go home and put all you clothes in a pile instead of separate drawers?

I get better and more specific answers to my questions when the responder doesn't have to sort through a lot of stuff to get to the question they wish to answer.

Oh and by the way, The sills pop off as one unit and then the metal plates have tabs that you bend pack and pull off the sill. You need to watch for the glue that holds the plate down as well.

As for why I want to do that... .Stay tuned for the answer sometime tomorrow
