forged pistons

hey has anyone got the RRM forged pistons? what kind of power would it yield?

i'm not so sure that pistons will create any more power per say, however they will add strength to your engine, so you can turn up the power, but i'm by no means a reliable source of info...anyone else??

pistons are a complementary mod. They go along with a turbo, or nitrous, and the other Power Mods. They eliminate one of the weak points. They may yeild a small amount of power, but nothing noticable

Only good or needed in FI engines. Not really a wek point just stronger piston thats all.

My understanding is that they are the stock compression ratio pistons as well, so no power gains from them alone would be had... However, a higher compression could go nice N/A with 93 octane and piggy tuned for it... Then again a lower compression set of pistons really should be tested on a F/I car with the boost turned up a bit... Could be a really cool way to pull some more power out of our engines with the RRM kit...

lets see someone install RRM's Pistons and RPW's cam with RRM's or RPW's turbo kit first off the car is gonna sound mean and then turn up the boost a little bit then tune it just rite and wa la poof STI killer. and that will be 1 mean a$$ Ralliart
