Works Air filter/MPG

for ralliart drivers, with works drop in air filters... has anyone seen MPG gains? what kind of numbers, 1-2 better?



i tried searching for this one... couldnt find it

probably no better MPG. maybe 1 more HP, you wont feel it. You might hear a little difference in the sound of the intake though

On topic:
not much hp gain.. you'll definitely hear it.. I had one for a while, but i opted for the short air intake from RRM. But the drop in i had was the K&N drop-in

And it is still working like a champ...... W^ bruce988?

The next time I go to the Dyno I will take my old OEM filter and make a run with it to see the real gain....if any!

The Works drop-in has a bigger filter area compared vs the K&N one...but the air entering the OEM box is the same....so I don't think that the difference will be too much.

cool, yeah i know im full of questions, its just that now i finally have time to ask them... been too busy in the past (military). anyway, i bought the works 2nd hand, and put it in when i first bought the car, so i had no benchmark to measure from i.e. OEM filter.... but thanks for the fyi
