Accolade Feedbeck... good or bad?

I recently purchased the hyper body kit from accolade and got a price quote very fast. Even gave me a pretty good deal. So i orderd it on the 30 of november, they charged me right away, but got the confirmation on dec. 4. So i sent them a couple of e-mails to see if they would know when it's gonna ship. I got no responses. At this point i've probably sent about 10 e-mails and no responses what so ever. I understand it might be back ordered, but that is something that was specified and something they could have told me. It's been a little over 2 weeks and wondering what i should do. I ordered my spoiler from them and had no problems, i don't know why this is........

You gotta remember, its not how many positive feedbacks you have, the very moment you have one neutral or negative, it ruins your hard earned positive feedback.

I ordered and paid for my kit mid November and the ship carrying it arrives here on Monday which is really quick when you think about the actual process that has to be taken to get an order together and organising correct packaging, shipping quarrantine, fumigation, then getting it onto the next boat over that has to stop at several ports before reaching it's destination then for it to be unloaded checked quarrantined (again) customs then sent to another location I think all up from the time that I had made an enquirey to the day that I will collect which will be in another 10 days time 5 weeks is more than acceptable time frame for me...

As for communication it has been nothing but the best all my emails have been answered within hours or sometimes minutes of me sending another question to them - they sent all the paperwork to me the day the ship left port gave me a ETA date organised the insurance everything they have made importing parts very easy and very simple in fact the level of service leaves me feeling very confident that I will do it yet again without any hesitation at all. I think they had sent me close to 28 emails

Why can't members just PM the vendors?

If it were that easy, I think we'd all be doing that now, now wouldn't we?

Have you ever tried getting in contact with a vendor by email regarding a product you purchased a few weeks ago? It's no wonder members resort to threads, because when you post a thread about how a vendor is ignoring you and what not, they will respond at a click of a button in no time

It should be more like "why can't vendors message back when we have emailed them a thousand times"

P.S Not all vendors are like this, just a few. RPW and RRM are great in response time!

Here is how I see it. If your pm or email is written in a mature way and you express yourself in a calm manner, you are most likely going to get a quicker responce. If you write a pm or email and your are rude and demanding, you are going to get a slower responce. I am sure these vendors get countless pm's and emails daily. I can almost gurantee that the ones that are mature get responded to quickly no matter if it is a complaint or not. Also, if you are constantly bombarding them with messages, they are not going to be happy and respond slower. Now this is just my thoughts on this.

I've been calm and patient. Never sent a bad e-mail or anything like that. All messages were of a good nature, that's what i don't understand.
I was really happy with my first order of my spoiler, fitment issues but i lived with it, never complained. i guess we'll see what happens.
