i ordered a pair of projector headlights from this guy and i was very pleased with the quality of the packaging upon arrival. soo ofcourse i install them asap and once im done i go to turn them on and what do i notice? halos arent working. soo i email the guy making him aware that the halos arent working and i have just received the package and installed all on the same day. he says to get them done professionally soo i have the guys at the circuit city roadshop i work at take a look at them and they told me the halos are bad. soo i sent him back an email letting him know and he hasnt gottan back to me yet.

i wanted to know who on ebay i should buy a set of projectors from because ive seen many RA owners on here order trhe projectors off of ebay and they have no problem. they need to be the ones with the clear side markers too.

 

I wouldn't trust a Circuit City to tell me whether they were good or not. Take a voltmeter and check for continuity across the terminals for the halo. Go from there.

yeah, i got the same projectors with the same problems, but i don't really care that the halos don't work, i just like the light beams. sorry about all of the troubles, i too was pleased with the packaging. the seller i got it from is by revotec.

oh wow, i was going to buy a pair from that same dealer (proexhaust), keep us posted.

having done so many deals on ebay, i never leave any feedback until a few days after i've gotten something and i'm satisfied. i've gotten burned a few times due to my own stupidity, and the seller will almost never help you once you've left any feedback (good or bad).

 

well i havnt left any feedback yet. im just waiting on a response from him. im going to give him until friday to accept my request for a full refund or ill go straight to ebay about it. ill keep you posted though. i still want to know who some people have bought theirs from as far as it being a great buy and everything working right.

 

i'm pretty sure he'd be willing to exchange yours for a new pair, since they are defective. you'll have better luck with that than asking for a ful refund. only problem is, this seller deals with a high volume of customers daily, customer service would be crap i figure.

hey I got the same headlight......Found out that the pins are wired wrong on the headlight assy......the smaller plug......just swap the two pins and she is good to go.....got mine to work......hope this helps

 

it cost me like $100 more but i got mine from partstrain.com and they were good.

 

what do you mean....elaberate a little more on that for me, maybe a picture too. cause i just took them off the other day and im getting ready to send them back for a new sent they said theyd send me but i have this weird feeling im gonna receive another set with non working halos soo if you got them to work maybe i can.
