mod ideas???
Piggyback ECU.
It's basically "An add-on engine control unit that adds engine performance and functionality without disrupting factory control of non-performance oriented engine systems".
And I agree with ralliart329. Get the intake first. I would get the PB last after all the breathing mods ONLY because I would want to get it dyno'd after to get maximum results.
Everyone's different though

I gained 5hp at the wheels with the pulley alone, and then an additional 11hp at the wheels when I added an Injen CAI and a Magnaflow muffler (just the muffler, not an axelback or catback or anything). That's about a 12% gain in power at the wheels between these add-ons, so yeah - it'll definately be noticeable.

There's a bunch of breathers possible. From front to back:
1a) CAI
1b) SRI
2) P/P Intake Manifold
3) Header/Downpipe
4a) High Flow Cat
4b) Cat Eliminator
5a) Catback Exhaust
5b) Axelback Exhaust
That's what's available from RRM anyway.
I'd go with either the CAI/Pulley combo or the CAI/Axelback combo if I were you, and lean towards the CAI/Pulley. The CAI'll cost you a little bit of low-end power for its nice high-end gains, and the pulley'll help compensate for that a little bit along with adding a few extra horses of its own.

haha
I'll take your advice though!
All things that can be easily found through searching this forum or by browsing RRM's site for a little bit. Anyone can come off looking like a genious if they've done their homework.
save up 4 more checks and SWAP THAT TRANNY!!!! lol jk
sri and udp is the right path. piggy sounds nice but im thinkin basics first i/h/e.
every tuner starts off that way, well the ones who have an idea of performance. so with 5 bills get intake and exhaust. sri cost less than cai so you should have enough left for a nice catback

have all of these mods the guy listed and youre looking at $1500 or more. If you drive an automatic, you should get a SRI b/c no one seems to make a good CAI for automatics. but as for pulley or axleback, you'll see more gains from the pulley but the axleback will sound cooler and give you that not stock anymore look. each of their own.
