Front Break Line

How Do I remove the rubber section of the front brake line. I got the part off the caliper, but I can't figure out how to get it off the bracket where it goes from metal line to rubber hose. I backed out the screw/nut thing - from the top portion of the bracket

TIA

There's a spring clip you need to pull out. It has a lip on the end so you can use a set of needlenose to wiggle it out.

Thanks for the quick response otter, one more question -
is the breakline the same on the evo 8 and 9's as on the ralliart? I am wanting to know, in short, if I can just buy stainless braided lines for the evo 8 or 9 and they will just bolt up -

Thanks

Nope, you need one specifically for the Ralliart.
