There is nothing wrong with accolade. They have a good product, just slow to respond sometimes. They aren't ripping you off, they are just busy.

 

If you don't leave a good message, they won't get back to you.

 

i just bought mesh grilles from them and sent them a email and they havent gotten back to me yet, but i have faith

 

haha you'll need it, just be patient.

Ali how long did you wait? They're slow to respond and it may seem like they're impossible to reach but they will respond eventually, if they don't reply your email in a couple of days just send another, if they don't reply that then i don't know what to tell you.

i filled out an order form which needs to be done to get a price over 2weeks ago and no one has contacted me either. they usually tend to get back to everyone after they see one of these threads start. it's a shame b/c they make good stuff but they are really hard to deal with.

I manage the forums, but I dont handle the emails that go to our sales department on body-kit.com

So if people observe that threads concerning accolade get responses but emails are delayed, its because two different sides within our company are dealing here..
