Strange sound from the front right tire side

Ok this sound was not so annoying but recently its been getting more aggravated and squeaking for almost any slight movement. Turn the steering wheel all the way to the left it squeaks, take a bump it squeaks, pull it out of the driveways it squeaks, launching it squeaks......springs?lack of some grease or ****?
