Theres heaps of them going on ebay and that seller usually relists a few.
Just PM him for more details. Some of the members here have those gauges as well.
With tweeters, I'm not too sure. Probably depending on the size of your tweeters

It also says '02-'06. How many people do you know that have '02 or '03 Lancer Ralliarts? As with everything else on eBay, be careful.
Also, there have been a few threads on these gauges recently. Just do a search for "glowshift" and see what pops up. You should be able to find most everything you need on the forums already.
