Do you guys think from the pics that it is totalled? I dont think it is unless there is something wrong with the engine. The thing was pissing down the street and making some crazy noises. The radiator was bent too.

By looking at it I don't think it would be totaled but you never know.

kinda touchy for someone who fell asleep behind the wheel and wrecked your car. That's not very responsible. I would look at it like "at least I didn't kill someone else." Don't be so touchy man, your real lucky everyone isn't calling you a moron like I am.

if the tree didnt have its lights on you might have a case. was this tree wearing a seatbelt? that can also be good on your side.

glad your ok, did the tree's insurance company get back to you yet? lol jk, the headlights look ok but are the clips that keep it on the car ok? i got minor front end damage once but since the clips were broken i couldnt use it again and ended up costing me 650 just for a front lip... that plus service though.

who said I fell asleep at the wheel? I was actually pretty wired. So thanks for assuming. I spilled my McDonalds and went to grab it and then yeah. So first accident ever. No other dents or scratches since I got my license. Can you say the same moron.

And to every1 else, you're cracking me up with the Tree jokes.

So what, you looked down and kept going straight when the road turned; and you didn't know it? Or something? I don't get what happened, other than you picked up some McDonalds off your floor and magically a wall and tree appeared infront of you...

It doesn't look like anything near frame damage so not totalled, but you are a moron, if you spill something and need to pick it up... pull over! Or, at 4am, just stop
