Just installed a sri intake, pully kit, and tie bar. This is a great combination and worth every penny. I don't want to go with piggyback or touch the exhaust system. Also, i don't want a mode that can make me fail the emission test. therefore, is there any mode out there that can increase performace (hp/tq) without spending large amount of money, for example, like JOe's pully kits.?

 

Intake manifold is about all that's left that'll fit your requirements.
