You dont need magnaflow..and to me it does sound raspy cat or not.

Deal with the suspension issues (not sure how the US model compares to the JDm model in that aspect) and prolly sway bar and perches

 

I've had the Magna Flow for over a year now with intake adn stock DP. No rasp. Just a deep tone. Sounds very nice!
There's nothing wrong with going with the sway bar and lower tie. This will help those new rims and tires stick.

 

Send me the $500 if you can't decide on your own. Problem solved.

 

retro come on now ...theyre 17's with all season 205/40/17 Nexen N3000's. i went with the all season because i wont be changing back to my old rims and tires in the winter because there is no tread left on them and i dont get much snow in the winter soo theyll be oK
