If they don't work hell yes replace them, get the airbag replaced/serviced (whatever you do) also if you haven't these things are vital

+1, the seatbelts use a pretensioning system, as well as controlled release if I am not mistaken. I know they pretension, so either way after a front end collision like that you would have to have the mechanism replaced.

Pretentioner probably jammed. Definitely replace them, shouldn't be too difficult. Search around local/online junkyards for replacements. New ones from the dealer run $250+.

Junkyard ones might have been in accident too though, so make sure they make sure they are checked out. Don't wait too long to do this

If you hit hard enough to deploy airbags, IMO you should always replace ALL safety equip. Don't even think about costs. It's just like a motorcycle helmet, it's basically a one time use meant to be replaced after a crash.

Always replace seatbelts when the airbags deploy. Most seatbelts now have an ignitor made into them so that when the airbags are deployed the seatbelts lock up. Safety is Safety -- Buy some new ones!
