Air Diversion Panel for RA

Hi all.
My first Q.
Does anyone know who makes an air diversion panel for the RA (or VRX here in Australia), like the one for the evo.
See pic below.
The evo one doesn't fit, different front bar.

Awhile ago someone in Cali made a handful of them custom and sold them all, but I haven't seen any since.

im not sure what company makes it but go to ebay and search under lancer ralliart, i think its 150 bucks.
