it would be ok spose,
but u need to do alot of research first, i did coz i was gonna do my own project but it worked out to be too much time and effort
i have to figure out compressor sizes, airflows etc..

but i bought a t3/t4 hybrid which would have been good
16g tdo5h would work off an evo1-3, rrm uses this size
garret t25 BB(dont know the exact model) but spools fast as and low(like 2500-3000rpm) RPW uses this one

We only need 7-10psi max. Stock current gen Evo turbo has no prob boostin' 22psi+. Overkill for our application. For us RA's, it's not really the size to be concerned about, as just about anything will low boost, but how quickly it gets there.

You just want a small, quick spoolin' turbo. Basically like the two mentioned above.

GT28, I think would be a great one, im sure you can go up to 12, 13 maybe more, with 93 oct, and a very good FINE TUNE!

with the rest of the parts being good parts (not craps to compleate) haha, i think It will pass 300 whp

300whp on a full interior RA, would be very very intersting!
