Car is covered for mods yes. Hope i get it back though!

In the last few days before it was stolen, I bought the latest Scangauge computer which can calculate Gross BHP via the engines sensors and some mathematics.

My car had a max GROSS (engine) BHP of 209Bhp. Stock Gross BHP according the manual is 178Bhp - so it seems the mods Id done to the engine helped!

 

Sorry to hear about that.... I had my 95 Accord stolen and found 3 days later completely stripped.

Hope they find your car in a decent condition.

 

Well theres been no news on my car or the other 3 that were taken the same night from the same place. So we are beginning to process of claiming on insurance, and replacing it with a used Evo IX.

That means that assuming my car doesnt turn up in one piece soon, I will have a brand new RRM turbo kit for sale, which I'll knock $1000 of the price I paid just to help sell it. Thanks to the exchange rate, shipping to the US is quite cheap for me.

I'll start a topic if it comes to that - I just dont know yet as my car might yet be found in one piece.

 

Man that just sucks. I think the Top Gear guys took it because it was so cool.

 

I've been told its likely my car was taken because they thought it was an Evo IX and has been stripped for parts. Ironically they will find all the parts are usless as we have no 2.4 lancers over here!

They wanted an evo.... they got a lancer.... and I get an evo...

Today I began the process of getting the insurance payout and have found an Evo IX FQ-340.

 

If you guys have LoJack, or something similar over there, it might be a worthwhile investment.

I'll be selling my brand new RRM turbo kit for $3500 if anyones interested, with free alky injection kit... as I've lost my car now and claimed on insurance... My new car is a Mitsubishi Evo IX FQ-340 as of next week.

Its a damn shame I never got to install the turbo, but thats life I guess.

well that sucks that ur car was stolen i was really looking forward to the AWD conversion on that beast. well looks like it happened for the best since ur getting the FQ now. but dont get me wrong pisses me off when their are stupid a$$ people that steal sh*t

 

k I am definately interested and will probably purchase if shipping and everything is right. PM sent. I still think this sucks though man.
