Seat sliding handle(passenger)

Recently ive been hearing this metal clanking sound when driving on rough road or potholes...PR ppl know whats this like lol. Ive learned not to give importance to this rattles but this one is really annoying I thought something was loose on the front end. Just so happens its the passenger seat slider lever. Im taking out the seat soon and try to adjust it but was wondering if anyone had this problem or has adjusted it before.

*if your anwer is "dont drive on rough roads or potholes"....thats not an option here

So you're saying that when you drive on bumpy roads the seat slider is bouncing up and down? Might be the spring mechanism holding the locking section in place that is getting weak. Otherwise maybe a loose bolt or soemthing?

Take a look at the parts that connect to the handle and see if it is something you can adjust or fix yourself, like you stated. If you cant shoot me a PM of what you think you need and I will see what I can get for you.
