loco, I noticed you're from Brampton. By chance, have you checked what your MPG is during the summer? I know I get slightly worse mileage with my Civic Si during our winters here (especially with the really nasty storms we've been getting lately), albeit not quite as low as what you're seeing. It could have somewhat of an impact.

I have a 2004 ralliart and i get about 220-250 on a full tank. thats in city driving. my driving ranges from grand-pappy lethargic to aggressive as you can get depending on my mood and weather conditions. when lethargic i generally shift between 2500 and 3000 to avoid Mivec. I was never really sure (until this thread) when Mivec kicked in but by feel when stomping on it...I guessed it was around 3500. I'll do the ECU reset to see if it increases anything. I just replaced all my filters and oil so I'm good there.
