headlight bulbs fitment?

hi my headlight bulbs just recently went out on me. i went to your local auto store and looked up the bulb and purchased it. but when i tried to put it on it didnt even fit. whats the deal? anyone has any idea?

yes. but its not going in. the plastic part is big. do you have the same problem?

No, 9007 bulb fits perfectly. It's a pretty straight forward procedure - remove locking ring, remove old bulb, install new bulb (only goes in one way, make sure it's seated right), reinstall locking ring. If you're having issues, there's probably a step by step in the owner's manual.

trust me i know how to put one in ive got an 2004 model and ive tried. umm ill try again cause right now its just hanging in there without the locking ring on it. i even took it to a auto shop and they couldnt put it in. i dont know.

did you compare the old bulb to the new bulb? can you see a difference? should fit right in.
